Happy new year all.
I have not used rain in years, however I was shocked to see that I have outstanding bills (3 months) with rain for non-payment on a SIM I never requested. Am curious as to how this is possible without my consent or authorisation, as all my relevant accounts (e-mail/google) seem to be 100% secure without any breaches.
I have had no luck contacting rain either. I tried WhatsApp but when there's a response it's simply an endless loop of *go here to cancel your account* or *pay your outstanding bills to continue*. Very frustrating.
Obviously I refuse to pay for a SIM that someone else has clearly been using, but more importantly I want my entire account scrapped as I fear it will impact my credit rating if it hasn't already (waiting for a new report).
