my rainone router is not working, I tried contacting the support team but I did not receive any help, I tried logging into the website it appears that the router does not detect the sim . And my payment date keeps on changing every 4 months which is something that I dont understand .Please help resolve this issue.

Same issue with Rain billing and the app on my phone. I have been having a recurring issue with Rain 5G for 4 months where my billing date defaults without warning to the 25th and my services get cut off. I have already spend more than R800 on support calls to rectify the same error monthly. This month I got cut off on the 15th even though I am paid up to date.

I pay at the end of the month and I am not in arrears I was cut off again on the 15th this month false claim Rain was not paid. ! All my support tickets logged are still not attended to after days. When I call support I get a prompt insisting on payment even though it is not due. The voice prompts on the Rain 5G support lines does not allow me support held at ransom for payment. This is atrocious. I have lodged a case with the Consumer Tribunal Courts this is the worst support and treatment I have received from any ISP.I even went as far as asking for support on Facebook again ignored and the Whats App prompts keep saying I will be called and still not a single call since the 15th,

I lost money on a proctored exam and cannot work as I work from home. Zero explanation as to the technical problems in Rain Back end how is this even possible ?
