‘SAPS needs cops from all groups’

Hmmm, running out of minorities to actually do the work? This is only the tip of the iceberg.
Wait until we have to out-source ALL our professional work because of these racist AA policies, coming soon to a city near you.
 
HAHAHA this makes me lol the people on this forum is way more intellectual than the ANC even though they are unqualified, I'm sure if the ANC listened to the non racist qualified intellectuals (Like The D.A) we could have had non discriminative policies that would have benefited all.
 
There was a women spokesperson from SAPS on the radio the other day and she basically said that i as a white male can apply and be excepted but won't progress to a high rank as senior ranks must represent the population. I have many friends in SAPS who are stuck in their current positions and don't get considered for promotion.

So my question to SAPS is this, why must i join your organisation when i will only progress to a certain level because i'm a white male?

How can i tell you to F off in a nice way?

Dear SAPS as an organisation that is supposed to uphold the law of the land as per the constitution. If you think I'm going to waste my time trying to better the lives for all only to be hindered by AA/BEE (clearly unconstitutional) you can take that policy and shove it up your arse! :D
 
This article is a joke, the ANC did everything humanly possible to get all whites out of the SAPS and now they wander why there are no whites applying?
Not to mention that since the whites were pushed out, the SAPS has become a joke.
My god these politicians are brain dead.

Um some of that crime you speak of wold not be existant if they hadn't had to fight for positions in the first place, I can see where you're going with this..

Well this years uptake was bigger; there were over 1500 recruits in the WC -- the sad reality is that there were over 10 000 applications (yes I've seen them all lying on the floor in boxes at the recruiting office) many of those application forms have university qualified black candidates who will never join! Why?? because there is absolutely no "performance accountability" nor "skills accountability" in the SAPS recruiting offices. There has always been racial profiling where a select number of white, colored people have to be accepted in each uptake - just not this year!! There has been GROSS transformation to the point where unless you have friends, family, connections (networking) you can forget about joining. The recruiting adverts in the newspapers make me laugh. What a joke!

"We will not turn you away, but we sure as hell won't call you" <--- this should be the SAPS recruiting phrase! :p

When educated, smart people, (of any skin colour), are turned away from the one organization that's supposed to be "good" and above all the other shady careers in this country there is no hope! When educated people turn to any form of crime to support themselves, they become a problem far worse than the incapable "hired" force could possibly deal with. A sad reflection on current day South Africa!
