Why does Cell C charge calls made to 0800 numbers? On all the other networks it's free and also the 10111 is also free but charged on Cell C.

0800 numbers on Cell C are charged

Please note that you need to have airtime to call 0800 numbers. Voice minutes cannot be used to call those number as they fall under "Shared price" or "Special numbers".
For emergency services dial 112.

This is ridiculous because when I call 10111 from Vodacom or Telkom I'm routed to my nearest Police station but not with Cell C.
