Quess I should be thank full for the fact that I can get just about 100% uptime and very good download speed on Vodacom, would have been good if you could get through to them when you need to speak to them instead of just “oepsie the call centre is down”.

This happens a lot – what’s up VC?
 
I also had a problem: went through the whole automated system only to be cut off when it was time to speak to a consultant :(
 
Why not have the a message at the start and not waist time going through all the drama of choice after choice after choice... tooooooo much:eek:

But I agree. VCs 3g network is quite stable.
