Hi Guys

I have been lurking here for years (unregistered) but it seems that I actually have a real question for a change...

Anyone know of any problems at 1-Grid at the moment?

My server went down about an hour ago, tried to phone all their numbers, but all the numbers are invalid (according to the message)

Also cant view their website.

Perhaps I'm just panicking but are they still in business?

Same here, my mail servers are down since just past 3PM.

Website also not working.

This is really worrying...

Landlines say "call can not be completed at this time"

DDOS perhaps?

I have reached out on their facebook page lets hope its a temporary issue.

Anyone else having troubles with 1-grid servers today. All domains are offline & cannot login to client portal.

Our site went offline about 5:30pm and nameservers appear non existent. Something big appears to be going down. I am guessing a MYBB article in the works on this one.

k, cool at least they are looking at it.

Haven't seen an outage this big from them ever.

How did you get this message?

Been a client of theirs / webafrica for many years

Thank goodness for this thread, confirmation that they are aware - I have 50+ services currently offline and the pro support lines are down as well.

Dear Customer,

Our onsite engineers are investigating the cause of the outage with highest urgency.
Please go to our status page to see updates as they as they come in https://status.1-grid.com
Please accept our apology for the interruption of service.
NOTE: Should you have Google ads setup for your website please switch them off in the interim and check our status page for further updates.
Sincerely,
1-grid Support

Please don't tell me the Netcash system is hosted here, their portal won't load, I need to Authorise debit batches, this cant be happening.....

  • Our upstream provider Liquid Telecoms suffered a large scale outage and dispatched equipment to the affected site location to resolve the incident.

Due to the extended outage and unknown ETA, our internal network engineers started the process of moving all network configurations to our new datacenter's core network of customers services already residing in our new DC. During this update all critical dependency on the affected legacy data center will be removed for the majority of our customers.

We sincerely apologise for the service interruption.

  • Update: 20:00

The cause of the outage has been identified as multiple failures on our upstream providers redundant links within our legacy datacenter. We are working closely with our upstream providers engineers to resolve the matter with utmost urgency.

Our network engineers are working on a solution to move all dependencies from our Pinelands DC and restore connectivity in the interim.
