1-Grid offline?

some top management guy must be fired for this downtime. they've been having these datacenter issues for long now

Not buying that the upstream provider is down - all our emails have disappeared from our mailboxes, and when logging into customer zone, we access someone else's details?

Could someone perhaps give an honest response to the extent of the problem so that we inform our clients accordingly.

An accidental commit to production? :whistling:

I don’t see how an upstream provider having issues can cause the issues people are reporting.

since they named liquid telecom as the upstream provider that went down, I think the story is kind of legit but are they only having 1 single upstream provider with no immediate fallback or something?

I got into the Customer Zone and it shows that I have two unpaid invoices which can't be right. When I try to view them the site times out. So something still wrong there.

My domain and sites is functioning again, but another company who's sevices we use that is hosted with 1Grid is still down. So, I doubt all is back up for some clients.

I'm seeing a Van Nikerk details... Are we all seeing the same or different client details?
@rpm , there is a story here.

Yes, I am also seeing a van Niekerk, 19 domains and 17 services. Including the physical address. 1Grid seriously is stuffing up here.

I see the same - I don't even have a 1-grid account, but I'm logged in. 17 services, 19 domains, 2 invoices. 1-grid is showing me his full physical address.

I see details in my clientzone for a Riaan as well, but my mails comes in and me website is back, but incredibly SLOW

They are a joke! So glad we are moving all our domains away from them to our own hosted environment at Teraco.
Spent a good part of the night moving domains! ugh.

My websites are back online as of 06h30 this morning, email still down since yesterday around 16h30.

Their 021 number dead as a doornail.
