The posts per day is calculated from total post count, so if his post count was modified so will his posts per day.
 
Congrats RPM, I hope I have cost @lantic a lot of customer (due to bad service) since my first times on here and I want to thank you for the chance you gave me to do it.

Bwana in particular had about 20 different accounts before he was a moderator, so maybe he just added them up and changed his main accounts details?

Yup that's what he did, called it 'purging' or 'merging' the accounts, something like that..

AFAIK its calculated by dividing the number of posts by the number of days you've been a member. When they merged all my accounts they put them all into the original account.
