There was a combo with just Leopard and iLife. I don't see it now.
Last year it was around R1400.

All Apple downloads are akamised so I start it via my limited international account, pause it, and then switch to local only.

please let us know how you are downloading via local bandwidth? I read what you quoted in your post, but I'm not exactly sure how you do that?

The easiest way is to start the download the standalone update using an account that has international access - pause it - switch to a local only account - then restart the download.
If someone has little snitch installed they can post the actual local url.

It fixes the DFU mode problem with my iPhone and it can now sync notes in OS3
