Your start was a bit rough,I'm undecided about the amount of support that would be required to set up everybody with a web site :P It's an interesting initiative
Tell you what,i'll give it a trial attempt over the next few days and post my personal findings here

I think that the problem with a free service is that there can be no SLA attached, since Cybersmart does not stand to lose anything, should all the 'customers' suddenly experience shocking service. It'll potentially be "well, just be happy you had it for a bit, now sod off".

Also, you really could have chosen a better forum nick, MWEB is running "FreeTheWeb" and you've gone ahead and tried to ride on that with "Freemyweb", which honestly makes you look like you're a cheap alternative trying to get in on the market using their popularity.

All in all, a great offer, and the public can't really lose much since it costs them nothing.

What is your largest site currently hosted on your free server I would like to look at , also I will be signing up for a test drive

A lot of these free providers are able to do so because a) they have excess, underutilised capacity and b) the target audience to the website is on that same network or on a peered network and the cost to facilitate the transfer from the end user to the website is negligible. They also have the support staff and money to invest in additional support staff, channels, etc that comes with providing a free service - and believe me, it's an exponential increase in issues and usually a huge increase in turnaround time :)

With that said, there are a few issues with your site that jump out to me.
- a web hosting site providing free mp3 and video downloads?
- There is no mention of a partnership with CyberSmart, only that you host on their network, among others.
- You offer '24/7 Online Support & Phone Support', but there's no visible number on your website.
- You have no AUP, TOS or privacy policy, your legal link takes me to the pre-sales contact form
- You have no product page or matrix comparing packages, they're only listed on the home page
- A .me domain :0 this is just me being picky
- You're the registrant as well as administrative and technical contact for the domain
- The contact address re the domain is a @hotmail.com
- It would appear you don't even use your own nameservers (if you own your own); rather you use mywebserver.co.za, a "white label" provider.
- You claim to have been operating for more than a year but your domain was only registered late 2010.

... and so on
 
LMAO on the freetheweb thing..... I actually never even thought of it till you pointed it out. Sitting with a permanent smile right now LOL.

Look Cybersmart is not going to screw it's users over easily I can assure you of that. After all it is their name attached to it. They are totally professional in the experience I have had with them so far. Right down to when a user with the site scot.tk asked for webalizer to be installed, I emailed them and two days later they had enabled it on the server. They WANT your site at the end of the day. When it can potentially save them a couple of million a year it REALLY starts to make sense as a business plan does it not?

Not a problemo,I have a site to setup over the weekend for a starter home-business so :) If the hosting gives a hassle though i'll be transferring off so be warned ;)

a web hosting site free mp3 and video downloads? No we do not offer that. The video site is purely for watching videos, The mp3 is not ours it is a site hosted by us and we are showing
it off. These links change approx every 2 weeks.

When you say the largest???? We have a site that uses most of it's 1gb disk space it is for a Scottish site but honestly hate it's design

As previously mentioned, I think it really would've benefited you if you waited until your new site was launched before advertising. IMO, the above points all = unprofessional for me and I'd certainly tend to them before exposing my brand. The stuff I mentioned re the domain whois also smells 1 man show and unprofessionalism. Again IMO, I tend to stay away from a web hosting company, the domain of which is registered to a hotmail and has all different contacts pointing to the same person; ie: it's not often you find registrant = dns-admin = billing. The white label nameservers are a big no no for me too. A hosting company (unless a reseller or a ispinabox as yours appears), will generally always have their own nameservers hosted on their own servers.

Ok. Those sites themselves look a bit poo but they did load very quickly for me.
