I've been unable to check balances on *111# since yesterday evening on both contract and pre-paid.
Is this a general problem?

I tried this 10min ago to check my data balance, 1st 2 times it failed. Then a few minutes later it worked fine.
 
Please be advised the My Phone problem has been resolved.
