Leasantly surprised not to find SA on the list

I think this might be a waste of time as the gouvernments in most african countries will not really jump into action... But I could be wrong maybe it does help to lessen piracy.

lol, as far as corruption etc etc goes never count SA out Also we would be a nice little middle way for some shipments.... so even if we were not doing the pirating it doesn't mean we are not involve.

Isn't the reason that SA isn't on the list, is because our internet is too slow.

China is keen on protecting the jobs of the underpaid workers in piracy factories.

I would have thought that Somalia would have been on the priority list. AFAIK they are the only ones with "traditional pirates".

Actually gdi even if we have cheaper internet with the amount of poor people in this country we could never make the list, even if uncapped adsl cost 400 bucks you would still have 40 odd million people who cannot afford it.

We simply do not have the buying power of other countries, when people see 48 million people or whateva our population is they forget that 60-70% are poor if not more.
