What an absolute joke. Yes lets go and spend more money buying a brand new ipad (when we already have one that's working perfectly fine) just for the additional storage capacity. Just one of the reasons I cannot stand this company.

I used to think 64gb is a lot but not anymore. That's with just apps, photos and documents and no videos

The A500 I won has 32gb onboard with 16gb microsd card for additional storage, my Ipad 2 is always full.

Is Apple holding a gun to people's heads to upgrade from their existing iPad to a bigger one?
No.
So if people are upgrading because they need the space...it's their prerogative. They now simply have more options.
I'm amazed how people find utter bull**** to moan about. You are getting MORE options...yet that's a problem and makes Apple evil again?

Surface pro is beginning to not look that expensive after all considering you get and sd slot and can connect storage via usb easily and cheaply up to terrabytes.
Does anybody know if surface pro has 3G?I suppose you could also use a 3g dongle that costs $30 but still would be convenient if included.

I should probably clean up a bit. I have over 8gb music on the 16gb phone and now running at near capacity

Apple are trying to employ Samsung tactics here by creating more and more products to fill gaps in the market. The only problem here is the ridiculously absurd price of the device.

No aPple is evil for not including an SD card slot in the first place. Why? So that they can rape iSheep for an extra $ 500 for a reasonable amount of storage.
I don't hate aPple for making crap products for iDiots. I hate aPple for it's role in dumbing down the world. Look at the ****ing *******s at Google. Removing MORE options from the search page to make it more idiot proof for you average iDiot, but making it less useful for the rest of us. I'm fine with companies designing computers for iDiots, but not the loss of productivity it causes me.
