You pick up the phone and dial the number, it's a working number, I receive phone calls each day. There was no contact attempt and the number I gave you was correct. I'll send the email to that email adress in the link, I don't know why it's a gmail email adress and not virgin?

See this is another thing I've got a problem with, South Africa and it's poor standards, corporate to small scale. If they something goes wrong there's always an explanation why it isn't their fault. It was the suppliers, it's not my fault, blah blah blah. Companies, especially huge corporate entities should start to take responsibility for their whole business. They should stop blaming issues, or events, or circumstances and start delivering (Pun intended). I have this issue with every South African business that exists, no one takes the wrap for their shortcomings, the client is wrong, or the supplier is at fault.
Just venting, I don't need explanations Piesang, I'm inclined to go back to the shop I bought the sim and ask for a refund.

teraside said:Yes I have, I loaded R120 a while ago and chatted it all up, I don't want to recharge now, since I'm waiting for the new sim, sorry if I offended you Piesang, it's just I've been battling with this MMS and GPRS thing, since I got my VM Sim a month ago, the call center is useless and if myadsl didn't exist and you didn't post here, I would never have known about the new sims.
