Eskom-supplied areas will shed load according to Stage 2. City-supplied areas will shed according to Stage 1 until further notice.

Maybe until 4pm??

Stage 1 for Cape Town but it does not help me anything as I still have a blackout at my house from 8:00pm till 10:00pm!

On the day that my fibre gets installed and activated I have shedding from 6pm - 8:30pm.

On the plus side I still have my good looks so there's that.

South Africans can expect stage 2 load shedding to last until at least Sunday.

Eskom has also warned there’s a risk of outages until the middle of next week as the utility battles capacity constraints.
