We're both manager's and we sit in a open plan office

Not even our GM has a office per say it's all open planned

hmm... any feedback on my queery which was resubmitted via email on 15/02/2007? As I stated in my email to Herman I dont understand:

1. Why I was charged even though I was still had 200MB on my bundle.

2.How the system can say I used 600MB even though I was without my PC untill 16 Jan and was having major issues with getting connected from the 7th of January. Reported it to coverage on 12 January (to rule out congestion) as it still hadnt cleared up.
