Firstly i must admit i'm a novice when it comes to cars...So i'll try the simplest things first.
So ive been told that the disconnect battery is apparently a myth...i don't know...but i figured i would give it a shot.
Regarding Flux capacitor...dunno what that means...
Throttle body issues?
@grim...thanks for the video, seems like a simple thing to do....where can i get the cleaner from?
How would i know theres water in the fuel?
If there is no "miss" on the engine, i'm thinking the plugs and leads should be fine?

I disconnected the battery last night and then when i drove off this morning i did not get that "choke" at 3000 revs, however when i pushed it somewhere a long the line i heard a "pop"...theres still a sluggish feel to the acceleration...

Dude is annoying as fck but he knows what he's on about.
@performance...the "flat spot" is at around 3000rpm....but sluggishness can be felt in most ranges.
@TriggerTRD...Will check distributor cap too.
could be your spark plug leads or even your VVT gear. have them checked
