1st already,still can't get connected!!!

Cause they are virtually a one man show. But...MR Beep is very helpful and is always willing to go out of his way for his clients but he doesnt have much help I dont think. Webafrica has brilliant 24/7 support too. That has helped me bigtime in the past. The offer support by phone, email and even MSN, ICQ etc :) its nice to have people there when you need them the most.

Mr Beep does offer a cellphone number for weekend support. Its in the openweb forum I think.

Sent them a email, got reply said haven't received my proof of payment, but I am on debit order.
I am a little bit disappointed,Mr Beep.

OpenWeb is NOT one man show.

We have staff in Cape Town and in Durban.

Guang, your credit card expired, thus it was rejected by our processing department. How is that OpenWeb's fault?

We offer after hours email and MSN support.

I really dont think our support is that terrible.

Nice one :)

At no point did I say that your support was anything less than great. In fact I gave you kudos Mr Beep. You gave me great support when I was your client, but its the lack of a credit card facility and ease of use that is holding your company back slightly. I and many others prefer the ease of using credit cards. Its a mission to go and run to the bank and deposit money and send a proof of purchase, little things to complicate our already complicated lives. I would rather pay a bit extra. At the end of the day, people will take the easiest, shortest and fastest route available to them. If Openweb had credit card facilities, they would double their client base within a month Im sure. I am aware of the cost of the facilities, but if thats what you need in order to take your isp to the next level you gonna have do it. :)

I am one of your biggest admirers for everything you have done for the ADSL scene in SA, and I will follow your companies developments closely.

Hey Style,

Thank-you.

We are planning a few very interesting developments that we will be thrusting upon the lazy ISP world shortly.

This space requires watching.
