2 step verification in Apple ID

I dont know if it is my account only but according to Apple, SA has the privilege of using this scarce security feature but I cannot see the option at all in my account. Does anyone have this anomaly for accounts using SA for their details?

Sorry sorted. I have to reset my questions and the option becomes enabled. I now am waiting for 3 days for the option to come up.
