Chelsea defender Tal Ben Haim has claimed he would never have joined the club had he known Jose Mourinho would be replaced as manager by Avram Grant so soon after his arrival, and went on to say that 'nothing good would come with Grant as Chelsea coach'. Ben Haim has played just six matches since the turn of the year and has not featured since an FA Cup match against Huddersfield.

strange he says this and never plays

i think avant grant has done pretty well as chelsea manager considering jose mourino bought alot of players who under perform

i think chelsea need to let grant do his thing and bring in players his wants not player he gets stuck with :)

also i hope a team like villa or westham could get phillips because i have no doubt that phillips is a great player given a run in the team
 
I have been baying for avrams head ever since he got appointed - I dont like him one bit... I reckon his choices are stupid, his level of expertise is severely lacking and that this is probably our worst choice in manager in the last 15 yrs - give me a guillit or vialli any day compared to avram.

Hell give me JOSE we miss him we want him back, bite down hard, admit you made a mistake and hire our special one back... Jose we miss you...

Do you think he will even consider going back to Chelsea ? i dont think so ...

I dont know why you (chelsea)guys complaining, whether Jose was there or not, their place was always going to be 2nd :D

heh evidently the two glorious league trophies we won, fa cup and carling cup dont mean anything - jose wasnt decent at all, nah not him. pfffft. I don't see jose coming back immediatly but i sure as hell hope he becomes a keegan and comes back after 10 yrs or so - im willing to wait.

Everton vs Chelsea - Thurs, 17th April

Everton midfield duo Mikel Arteta and Leon Osman are struggling to be fit for the visit of Chelsea to Goodison Park.

Arteta (groin) and Osman (hip) have been receiving treatment this week but are unlikely to be ready for the game.

Chelsea are expected to make the trip north without midfielder Frank Lampard and striker Didier Drogba.

Lampard missed Monday's game against Wigan with his mother seriously ill with pneumonia, while Drogba has not trained because of a knee injury.

If they lose against Everton, then even a draw would all but give us the title at Stamford Bridge...Would rather beat them though :)

I really think Everton can get at least a point. They playing very poorly lately but they might step it up against a big team.

same like how everyone was amazed that Wigan got a point ?

Wigan last 4 - L,L,W,D = 4 points
Everton last 4 - D,L,W,D = 5 points

Wigan has to fight for points to stay up
Everton has to fight for 4th spot.

So i dont understand why you will be amazed for a team like Everton, who are a good squad, much stronger than Wigan, to give Chelsea a go, and have the home advantage. You dont make sense at all.
 
lol catch i asked if anyone thought wigan could get a draw, didnt surprise me at all

nothing harder than playing a relegation candidate at the end of the season

everton have nothing to fight for now, their season is over

if you think everton can get 4th wow lol i dunno man guess we will wait to see :)
