At that point, they started using the game as practice which is not good. Why not give the ball to Polly and see how some on the wicket off cutters would have done. That would probably have finished them off.

And another one, Klusener has the best SA bowling average in WCups!! :p
 
South Africa's bowling has been the one area that does need attention (or does it?) And this is refelcted in the current WC rankings (as above). SA has only 2 bowlers in the top 20. There batting is well reflected in that it has 4 batmen in top 20.

Someone like OZ has 4 in each of batting and bowling. Dare i say that if more Aussie batsmen were given a chance to bat (LOL), then there could be more in that top 20.

The crazy thing is that in the days of Donald and Fanie, it was the bowlers that were top notch and our batmen really struggled.
 
guys it doesnt matter about net run rate

out semi final berth is in our hands

run rate does matter we to far behind to pull it back

we either beat england or we go out
