230/5 - not a bad final score after their start. They scored a run a ball from the 20th over onwards avg.

It still amazes me that the Bangers were able to defeat the Proteas - I'm still thinking it was a farce. Imagine what the betting odds must have been! :eek:

West Indies demolished them for 131 - and Sarwan almost got that score single-handedly (91 not out).

Imagine how much money a bangladesh supporter who always places a bet on his team made that day? But if it was a large amount with the odds stacked against Bangladesh would be cuase for suspicion. (Just joking)

I think match-fixing is very much alive in modern-day cricket.

Friend of mine told me that he watched a sport forum on CNN, where they chatted to an unidentified Indian person (face was hidden), who said that match-fixing is how Indian cricket works.

Makes you wonder.... :rolleyes:
