Don't think that Zim will win, there's no more Heath Streak or Andy/Grant Flower or Neil Johnson. All their good players are long gone. Even with them they used to have a tough time, just don't see it happening. Besides this might give Ireland a better chance of getting into the next round, I think they earned it ;)
 
hrm their extra's and missed catches let them down.. but i reckon these players are good. Perhaps next world cup Zim will be a very good team, i mean they seemed quite good, just lacking a bit of luck, and things like catching things perfectly which will come etc
 
Yip I agree, Zim, Ireland, Bangladesh all teams are surprisingly good considering none of us expected them to perform at all.
 
Yep they were the surprise package of 2003 so can't count them out. But TBH I'd really want Ireland and Bangladesh to progress after seeing them in action, pretty impressive for "minnows"..

Well, the bowlers should preform today. And then AB and Smith needs to bat through. :)

They need practice for both options before the game against Aus. The toss seems important so far, so it would be good to plan for both scenarios. Aus are at a disadvantage because they've only batted first so far.
 
OMG its raining.. maybe he choose to bowl in the hopes of bowling them out early + getting total fast, 1 ov short of duck worth. but ok 6 balls should be bowled again soon.
 
Ahhh right... correct me if i'm wrong but it looks like we just trounced the scots badly...
 
Yeah.
Good game in the end, could have got to their total for 0, but i think AB was rushing to finish before the rain & Graeme was trying to get the hundred. Would have been a lot happier if we bowled them out though.. & wtf scotland 50 odd runs in last 5 overs?

but all in all solid performance:)
