Maybe he wants to ensure he doesnt move to Pool, so getting rid of players so that they definitely cant sell him:crylaugh:

So do Chelsea, and apparently City won't spend more than ‎£30 million (Southamption are valuing him at £40 million :P). Seems likely Chelsea will get this signing unless Bertrand pushes for a City move.

I guess Pep thinks Stones, Kompany, Mangala and Pablo Marí is good enough :D

All of City's fullbacks have either been released (Sagna, Clichy, Zabaleta) or sold (Kolarov). So it was first priority for City to get replacement full backs. If Kompany stays fit, I don't think CB's will be an issue. If not, then that's another issue :P

It is madness...but because of fans like you and me, these teams will survive.

Also, it's not likely the entire amount is paid in one go.

Apparently they haven't made an official bid, and don't really expect to out-bid Real Madrid.

There's no doubt Mbappe is a talent, but he's being valued on just half a season, which is just crazy.

It is crazy money not really the actual amount but the fact he has barely a season under his belt. As much as Pogba was he had multiple top flight winning seasons or if the Neymar transfer goes through he also has multiple winning seasons to command that type of money. Madrid are taking a big big gamble as their fanbase won't wait for him to develop or produce. In 3 years he'll be brilliant.....on loan at Juve.

As some of you may know i'm no Liverpool fan but i hate what these guys are doing.

Same with De Gea. And then what? what did we do? we are just admiring the player and saying it would be hard for players like that to turn us down. Its not like we're making an official bid or anything or approaching the club or player. we're just saying. hope you guys hold onto him. And then I don't mind him having a horrible season for you guys, but still. i don't like bullies.

Almost reminds me of the time Scarlett Johansson facebook messaged me and asked if I'm up for some fun and i had to remind her that she is Jansen and no, it has been too many years since that second interval in standard 2 at rusthof in somerset west.
