FELLAINI CLOSE TO EXIT

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini is in advanced negotiations with another top Premier League club.

Press Association Sport is reporting that the Belgium international is edging towards leaving Old Trafford following strong interest from a rival team.

The 30-year-old is out of contract at the end of the month and will be able to walk away for nothing.

United boss Jose Mourinho has stressed for much of the last year that he is keen to keep Fellaini at the club - but he started just two league games since the turn of the year.

LOL! The worst midfielder we could possibly get, maybe some 34 y/o random defender , some greek dude who had a torrid season and a 22 year old youngster. So far the transfer rumours are AMAZING for the gunner.
 
Manchester United have reached an agreement for the transfer of Fred as well as Porto for Diogo Dalot. Fred's announcement happened a few minutes ago with Dalot's announcement imminent

Arsenal sign PSG’s Yacine Adli – RMC Sport

RMC Sport have called it.

Arsenal have completed the signing of Yacine Adli from PSG.

For the record, at the time of writing neither Arsenal nor PSG have confirmed the Yacine Adli transfer.

Nevertheless, RMC Sport claim to have the terms of the deal. They’ve announced that Adli has signed a three-year contract with the Gunners.

Who is Yacine Adli?

Adli is 17 years old and has been highly praised by many people, as well as being one of PSG’s best academy players. Adli is an attacking midfielder who can also drop back to play centre midfield.

The young Frenchman has impressed throughout his time at PSG’s academy, including last season where he was one of PSG’s best players in the UEFA Youth League.

Adli’s excellent displays for PSG’s academy have also earned him call-ups for France at U16, U17 and U18 level.

While playing for France Adli has scored 13 goals in 23 appearances, a very impressive record for an attacking midfielder.

RMC Sport note that even before Arsenal appointed Unai Emery as their new boss, the Gunners were looking at Adli.

Nabil Fekir: Liverpool close to deal for Lyon and France attacker

Liverpool are close to agreeing a deal for France forward Nabil Fekir.

Talks between the clubs could conclude on Friday about a deal that may amount to 60m euros (£52.75m) - 55m (£48.35m) plus a maximum of 5m (£4.4m) add-ons.

The 24-year-old Lyon captain has been one of Reds manager Jurgen Klopp's prime summer transfer targets and has his heart set on a move to Anfield.

Fekir is due to fly to Russia with France's World Cup squad after their game against the USA on Saturday.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has a reputation for being a tough negotiator, and Friday is emerging as a key day in talks as Liverpool move to get the deal completed before the weekend.

Fekir's proposed arrival would be the latest ambitious statement from the Champions League finalists after the £39m signing of Brazilian midfielder Fabinho from Monaco, and with Naby Keita arriving from RB Leipzig in July in a deal worth £52.75m.

The Reds are also considering whether to activate the £12m release clause in Xherdan Shaqiri's contract as he is poised to leave Stoke City following their relegation to the Championship.

Apparently Butland was a done deal for Klopp and was house hunting in Liverpool already, but Calamity Karius changed things around and Klopp now wants Alison. Firmino has spoken to Alison in the Brazil squad, so it seems it's just a matter of time. Jasper, the Barca keeper could be a cheaper option or Leno from Leverkusen. Oblak will be too expensive.

LFC might also trigger Shaqiri release clause with £12m fee if playing time can be agreed upon as Klopp will see him more as a backup squad player, rather then a starter.
 
LIVERPOOL DEPARTURES

Youth-team players Toni Gomes, Paulo Alves, Mich’el Parker, Jordan Williams, Anthony Glennon, Jordan Hunter and Harvey Whyte will also leave Liverpool, while Yan Dhanda has already agreed a free transfer to Swansea.

New contracts have been offered to U23 duo George Johnston and Conor Masterson.

A club statement read: “Everybody at Liverpool FC thanks all departing players for their contributions and wishes them the best of luck for the future.”

CAN AND FLANAGAN LEAVE LIVERPOOL
Liverpool have confirmed Emre Can’s expected departure after the Germany international’s contract expired.

The 24-year-old rejected a new deal several months ago amid rumours he was destined for Juventus, and his Anfield exit has now been announced.

Also heading out of the door is academy graduate Jon Flanagan, who has played for the club just once in the last two seasons having had loan spells at Burnley and Bolton.

BREAKING: Lyon have announced that negotiations with Liverpool have ended and that Fekir will remain at the club for the upcoming season! It’s a pity that the deal couldn’t have the ended the way we wanted but the the club have their reasonings for pulling the plug on a potential deal! At least this saga won’t drag out and we can now move onto other targets
 
Breaking | Liverpool understood to have tried to lower the fee in their pre-existing deal with Lyon after Nabil Fékir's medical, according to [MENTION=310981]Tanz[/MENTION]iloic of RMC, who was incidentally the individual who prematurely broke that a deal was in place between the 2 clubs last month.
 
Lyon "delighted to be able to count on their captain" for next season but "reserves the right" to hear offers from other European sides "that interest Nabil & Lyon" - club statement.
