2017 Renault Clio (Mk4 facelift)

Ok this should be another thread... but why love an manual car ?

So I was okay with the Manual in my old Vivo, but wanted Auto, test drove the Clio in Manual and simply loved it, the gearbox is great especially when in boost, makes me feel like I'm in Fast and Furious, LMAO! Taking it through Lonehill or any area with some twisties and having to go through the gears is just awesome, closest feeling to a Mini Cooper S that I can afford, honestly, there is something satisfying about going through gears in this car while keeping it in boost.
Tsepz loves his stick :p
Shhhh! Nobody is supposed to know! :D

Lol, LaraC will like that. Thinks she drives a Clio manual.. stupid girl. <-- hopes she doesn't see this post :o
I have and you're going to regret it. :D

Nice car...not a huge fan of that interior color coding of the Blaze model, but nice car indeed.

PS. It doesn't help editing your registration number out in the first pic, and then post one with it clearly visible in one of the later pics LOL

That's a lot of red !
Yeah the red is a bit much, but great for someone young, in early 20s.

I'd generally recommend the Dynamique or GT Line models when it comes to most Renaults. I had to be educated on this when I was looking, and when I couldn't get a Black or Blue GT Line I then beamed straight for a Silver Dynamique. There was a white Dynamique at Bryanston, same KM but they didn't want to negotiate while Fourways were happy to get some negotiating going for my trade-in and the Clio's price.

Weird, the Blaze doesn't have fog lights I just noticed, yet its priced amongst models that do.

Congrats you lot, you are driving around in wasteful 900cc-1.2 Turbo Motors:

Anyone else feel a bit ripped off? I was totally falling in love with this whole idea of these puny powerful yet "efficient" motors, turns out they aren't, this could explain the complaints WRT Ford 1.0 EcoBoosts not being very efficient.

I have just convinced a colleague to go for a Opel Adam 1.0T, turns out that may be a bad idea.
