Prime + 0.5% about 4 years ago.
Around a 90% loan.

Dam that rate is high! Did you "shop" around.

That rate also indicates that you were likely very "risky" from a credit perspective.

Prime interest is sitting at 10.25% at them moment. So yes, your 14% is pretty high
