Yes it looks a bit like more established SUVs
but there's no denying its value. I think they look quite good to be honest. I'm just imagining how revolutionary this electric MG would be in the South African market, something that's the same price as the Prius, more practical and is purely electric.

Tweed Jacket Reviews: 2019 MG ZS EV Exclusive - Lloyd Vehicle Consulting

In this review, we go for a suitably attired day out in Avengerland (that part of the Home Counties used for so much location filming of old 1960s, 1970s and 1980s television series, especially The Avengers and those made by ITC) in my friend Richard Jackson's 2019 MG ZS EV Exclusive to see how practical it is, what it is like to drive and what it is like to own.

CarAdvice first impressions

It isn't a bad car, by the looks of it it's on par with the Renault Duster. Would be nice if they came back to SA especially if they offer us the 7 year warranty

2019 MG ZS 1.5 LE Walkaround - Lloyd Vehicle Consulting

Having done walkarounds and full reviews of an MG ZS EV and an MG ZS 1.0 Automatic, I headed over to Summit Garage in Dudley today to look at an MG ZS 1.5 LE, which has the five speed manual gearbox.

This special edition is only available in white, and is based on the Excite trim level, but with one or two nice visual upgrades and special features which I found most pleasing.

John Newey at Summit MG very kindly handed me the keys and allowed me to wax lyrical about boot space, alloy wheels, different powertrains, trim levels and red stitching in MG interiors. Nothing untoward, then!

The MG ZS EV is an electrifying drive from a classic marque - GQ Magazine UK

MG’s new ZS EV is more than just a collection of paired-up letters – it’s a vision of the electric future

MG Motor UK is one of many car manufacturers who has recently entered the zero-emissions market. It hasn’t just gone “green”, though; it’s come up with a genuinely family-friendly electric vehicle that isn’t going to break the bank.

The ZS EV is MG’s most advanced car ever, combining the roomy design of its petrol-propelled ZS with a clean and efficient electric powertrain. The compact SUV is priced from £28,495, but it’s eligible for the government’s £3,500 Plug-In Car Grant (PICG).

The flagship “Exclusive” grade, on test here, costs a little more at £30,495, and, again, the PICG applies.
