If there are 100 Eastern Europeans able to do the work dirt cheap, it’s not in demand.

So you on 30% of your salary. Or did you go back to the same salary before covid. Technically that’s like 300% increase if you did.
 
I have not had a pension funding increase for 5 years in a row now. I am supposedly "Over the band"...:confused:

At my last company, as they were acquired by the Yanks, told me, upon giving me a raise "Its your last so get used to it..."
Was also told no 13th check.. so I voted with my feet
New company though, we will see how that pans out..

How’s it looking for ‘23 fellas?

Mine will reflect in my account tomorrow. 11,7% more vs last year. I’m surprised & super grateful.

Plans? Nothing really, prob square off my TFSA & throw the rest in savings.

No plans to buy any tech or schit. And most NB no debts to pay off.
