About 2 weeks ago I signed up for a 128Kb Uncapped connection.Biggest Mistake of My Life.My old Dial-Up Connection is Faster. When Requesting service and support I get Shunted from pillar to post.None Of my PtoP services work.What is a Man To Do
 
Happy Ending 24-7online

After all my struggling to get my 24-7online 128Kb/s uncapped connection to work for me,I frustratingly threw in the towel.Not even proper port forwarding setup could get my PtoP applications to run properly.
The good news is that the people from 24-7online have been extremely helpfull all along.They remained calm and supportive all the time.(Something I can not say for myself as my frustrations got the better of me).The end of the story is that they have now removed their equipment,cancelled the contract and refunded my money.I think that that is alll and all excellent because we live in a day and age where rip-off is the name of the game.Well Done 24-7online

I am running 100% for the last 3 months on 24-7 online. I have been down twice but no more than 1 hour.Their after sales has improved in recent months. I am happy with 24-7. They have my vote of confidence
