24 hours and counting and SIM Not connected

How long does it take?

My blackberry has still not been registered on the Vodacom network !

Phone was switched on and SIM installed at 15:01 /2009:10:31

I went in early this morning to see what was up and was told to switch it off and carry on shopping.Went back in about three hours later and switched it on ,nothing

I was told not to put any other SIM cards into the phone by the Company who I had the phone insured with as it will void the insurance on the phone?!.

It is a because its a new contract and not an upgrade?

Is it because its the weekend?

Is this the Vodacom way?

Should I be phoning someone ?

So how long did it take you guys and gals to get onto the "leading cellular network"

I just phoned and waited for about ten mins spoke to the rep and 30 secs later it was online.

Is it me or is the 3G BIS Super fast ?

I'm so bloody happy that I have gone this route !!!!!!!
