Those are all in the excellent range if I'm not mistaken.I'm still on the 220gb Telkom LTE package from AH. Waiting for the upgrade to kick in.
How do these stats look?

You have PM.Hi,
Was the upgrade supposed to be completed on the 1st of July?
If so let me know so I can have a look at why it's delayed.
Everything is on auto. I've tested all the bands and only B3 gives any signal info. I just don't think we have B40 at all.Leave the modem set to Auto. Band 40 doesn't allow great upload speeds.
Change everything in the router configuration page. 192.168.8.1
Does anyone know if it is 10GB per sim (so 50GB = 5 Sims x 10GB) or is it 10GB in total (10GB = 5 Sims x 2GB)?My best guess would be that you can transfer up to 10GBs per month in 1GB increments per day to one or more SIMS (there's also a limit to the number of different SIMS you can transfer to if memory serves, and they all need to be on the SmartBroadband Wireless Prepaid Tarriff plan.
It's 10GBs in total for that month.Does anyone know if it is 10GB per sim (so 50GB = 5 Sims x 10GB) or is it 10GB in total (10GB = 5 Sims x 2GB)?
Have you disabled roaming on the SIM? *180# and scroll down. Think it's one of the last options.I am so disappointed for switching from my broken 5G premium package which was barely;y hitting 2 mbps last week to a 2tb anytime package from Webafrica. This has been my experience. i cannot get stable internet at all for longer than 3 to 5 minutes at a time till the connection drops down to 3g speed and becomes unusable. here is the best part i have 5 bars of signal all the time. I even went as far as to test with the LTe router on the roof with clear line of site with the tower and cant break 1mbps. My connection is unusable even though a year ago prior to being on Rain 5G Premium I had Telkom uncapped 10mbps also through web africa and never had a days worth of problems. I'm so disappointed since nothing i'm doing is causing this and i clearly dont have a problem getting strong signal I can barely speedtest 1mbps when it works and locking the router to 4g causes this thing to switch to red lights every few minutes. Clearly something is wrong here. I tested with a second B315 router and still the same thing happens. Internet is completely broken for me with Telkom LTE. I hope everyone else's experience is better than mine. But even with strong signal there are no gaurentues that the product will even work. Just be aware of this fact guys.

Good evening Crusader. The roaming is disabled in the router allready it's just sticking to the same connection. Thank you for replying none the less im fighting with webafrica now to get refunded and cancel this service as I've only been with them for five days and I should be able to cancel within 7 days since the Service doesnt work at all right now. I'll provide an update once webafrica provides feedback.

Since loadshedding my upload has tanked a bit
Three other things to check or try :I did as you suggested now. I had to reboot three times to get lte signal sadly it's still completely unstable. It's better to for me to cancel this product. Sadly it doesn't seem to be the best fit for me. Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you I'll give it a try when I get homeThree other things to check or try :
1.
Network Settings - Mobile Network - Mobile Network Searching -
"Preferred network mode" (or similar in your router - I've got B525's), have you switched between "Auto", "4G only", "B3 only" (1800 Mhz) and "B40 only" (2300 Mhz) to see if any speed changes ?
You might not have access to all of them, but even on "3G only" (another option), you could under normal circumstances see up to 35 Mbps down and around 5 Mbps up.
2.
Network Settings - Mobile Network - Internet Connection - Profiles (in my router), try setting up new connections, such as :
Profile name - TelkomInternet
APN - exactly the same
Profile name - Telkom
APN - internet
Also, check if you have "Auto select network" as an option.
One of the 3 might make a difference?
3.
Advanced - System - Device Information :
See what your RSRQ, RSRP, (RSSI) and SINR are.
Maybe post here for some feedback ; some pointers, after doing research myself a few days ago :
RSRQ [19.5dB(bad) to -3dB (good)] ,
RSRP [-44dbm (good) to -140dbm(bad)] ,
SINR [13 dB to 20 dB Good ; >= 20 dB Excellent].
"An RSSI closer to 0 is stronger, and closer to –100 is weaker. For best performance, you want your RSSI to be as high as possible. A useful rule of thumb is that if the RSSI is less than –70 dBm, you are unlikely to have good performance over Wi-Fi for bandwidth intensive tasks."
" 66 to -90 is critical and will likely cause a loss of functionality or be unable to maintain a usable connection the wifi altogether. -65 to -41 is sufficient. Possible video issues if constantly at -60. -40 or better is virtually no interference and a very strong signal."
Mine when I checked about an hour ago, for sake of comparison (if you get to do so) :
RSRQ -6.0dB
RSRP -91dBm
RSSI -63dBm
SINR 19dB
Don't know, but last night after power returned, I sensed the "TelkomInternet" was the more stable of the two when the signal was struggling to get going again, and I did some testing. Is there any difference between the Telkom/internet and TelkomInternet/TelkomInternet APNs?
