"BEE" beneficiaries don't have time for PRASA peanuts they call salaries.Ghost >= BEE
I would estimate most would be from around the time Zuma took over, a lot of opportunities opened around that time.I just wonder for how long have we paid these ghosts.....
It's not actually a complicated thing to deal with, it is a problem that was allowed to happen. How do you get this problem to self correct? Everyone re-apply for their positions? Audits at fault with estimates instead of facts?
If they serious about following up it should be easy. The salaries have to be paid into a bank account, banks need to have verification of the persons I.D. and proof of residence. I doubt any follow up though. The stopped paying the salaries in December.....no one came forward and moaned about not being paid lol. As guilty as sin.

Prasa investigation uncovered 3,000 ghost workers on full salary: Mbalula
Transport minister Fikile Mbalula has revealed that the Passenger Rail Agency of SA has uncovered 3,000 ghost workers in its system who were receiving full salaries.www.timeslive.co.za
Can you imagine the sheer size of the total expenditure to date ...I would estimate most would be from around the time Zuma took over, a lot of opportunities opened around that time.
Points to systemic corruption and there is no other explanation.Weird. So are they just not sharing the details or simply inept?
Their HR systems don't have audit trails?
Do they not file documentary proof of every employee?
Do these ghosts not have bank accounts to which these moneys were being paid?
Will banks release that information without a warrant of sorts due to POPIA?Easy to follow up.

No but it can be handed over to investigating authorities to follow up. I imagine the amount runs into millions. For scam this big it would have to involve Prasa senior officials and HR in cahoots. Will banks release that information without a warrant of sorts due to POPIA?
You get a few 100's of these accounts, and you get a nice amount of money coming in for nothing."BEE" beneficiaries don't have time for PRASA peanuts they call salaries.
You know it how? Only if they're caught.I thought most ghosts were white sheets.
