384 and 512 latency

Look at Undertaker's first hop to telkom: 92ms, where mine are 22ms (70ms extra just to get to the Radius (?) server). I think that there is an issue at his DSLAM.

mm, looks like that's the only explaination, or is there any other possibities ?

But if that's the case, what action should I take to solve it ? I suppose telkom will ignore a request of "my international gaming is lagging big time" :P
or if I am fortunate enough to find a person in Telkom that knows what "latency" means :(

That first hop is insanely high - it's what I used to get on my first hop with a dialup modem, ffs. Maybe someone else on the forums can advise you on what to say to telkom - I'd tell them that there's something wrong at the exchange, but I'm not sure if that will cause them to investigate.

From your sig : was the performance better when you first got it? if it is, it might be proof of faulty hardware on telkom's side.

well, that's appear to be the biggest problem, I havn't got a clue how to take it to telkom just to make them have a look at it :(

it does perform better when i first got it, but havn't use it for gaming bk then, it was my P2P that's running at 50k the whole time, which it barely reach 10k these days. But since telkom did so much on the network, I really wouldn't know if that's cause by hardware faulty.
