384kbs down to 66kbs?

I have a 384kbs connection and during the times 4pm to 11pm the speeds I get sickens me. Look here!

I did phone telkom and reported a fualt but they tell me there is nothing wrong its normal. Is it really normal? I dont think it is.

Ouch, is it like this on all local speed test sites?

Yes I even trien the axxess and the international 1 @ speedtest.net but local servers are used too so its not really international in a way. Some very but not 1 test give me more than 90kbs. If im correct this is slower as ISDN128 wtyki !

Tried iBurst/Telkom/Gamco speed tests?

And that is normal.

Axxess speed test done it 3 time and this is the highest I get.

But even I dont download faster than 12kbs

I know. What I am trying to say is: There is something wrong with his connection. It's not slow for everybody.

True. My DSL was down for 1 month, and since Telkom came to fix the line problems my DSL 384 is downloading at just below 512 speeds!!!
