3G Router

Vodashops will not be getting the 3G routers but they will be getting 3G installation vouchers. When a NEW 3G customer signs up for a router contract,He will be given a Vodafone data card, sim and the router voucher. The contract will only be activated when the router is installed by Vodacoms installers and ONLY IF THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY.On the router voucher there is a phone number which customer have to call and make a appointment for it to be installed FREE OF CHARGE.

This installation process is the same like when you buy a pc/laptop deal.

If you buy it cash, the process is the same but your contract is already active.

I'm confused now. The Tygervalley shop did say they got vouchers on Friday. So must I go buy a voucher and then phone the number to get them to deliver it? I want to pay cash and install it myself.

Please help, the money is burning a hole in my hands and I'm afraid it won't last ...

Michael at the Tygervalley branch called the number on the voucher. They said they have no stock and are stuggling to get any.

Just great.

No, not yet. I was asked to do some testing on the pre-release.

After using pre-release versions of firmware (15) and dash (5.01.0002.0) and having trouble with Windows hibernate, I'm back to official versions!
