3G VPN Bluescreen Blues

Hi

Having a problem with a user who has a Vodacom PCMCIA card. Its a vodafone card and "seems" to work perfectly well. The issue is when he connects to our company VPN. At some point, randomly, it will blue screen and kill the connection. I have upgraded all relevant software (using ver 7 of the vodacom software) and even did a total reload of the laptop, hoping it was just a windows corruption.

I am at a loss now, not entirely sure what else to do with this issue. I checked the event log, but there are no details pertaining to the blue screen. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

Maybe try and upgrade to V9 of VMC? v7 is pretty old.
