4 Gig upload in one evening?

Keep your loggon passwords safe!! Change them as often as you can.
As far as i know you can still only change it via phone.
As long as you keep changing the psswrd the chances are slimmer that you will be targeted by an "insider"

I had a similar problem a few months ago...i kicked, screemed and ranted. Nothing came of it. Telkom dont care about there customers.

I work for an ISP, and I have seen at least 3 of these issues with the 4GB upload problem.
 
Resolution

I have learnt, via a senior staffer at IS, that the 4Gig upload problem was a countrywide one and that it's SAIX-side (no matter what our ISPs tell us about being able to identify the upload coming from our ports ... ). No one (not even SAIX, apparently) really knows what happened but we (SA bandwidth generally) wuz robbed. So, I'm not taking this personally because apparently there were hundreds so affected - including one large bank - most of them just didn't realise it.
