401 - Unauthorized

HI

I'm pretty sure this is a common question, but all of a sudden when trying to log onto betxchange.co.za it automatically takes me to a page that says

"401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied."

i have no idea how to get around this. I am using windows xp, and either log on through google chrome or fire fox.

If anyone can help me this would be very much appreciated, need to check my winnings

If you trying to enter a password-protected area and don't enter the right password you get a 401 error.

If you are logging in with the correct username and password and still get a 401 error then you will need to contact their website administrator.
