I'm actually on Opera right now. Tried it before I did my OP. Doesn't work, and it's piss slow. And it says "you are banned" So yeah

Clear all cookies and temp files.

Activate the Built-In VPN in Opera

1. On the left panel of the Opera setting's page, you will see “Privacy & Security. Click on that to access and activate the Opera browser VPN.
2. Scroll down to “VPN” section. ...
3. Once it has been activated you will see a blue VPN badge on the left side of the address bar. ..

Try again.

Yup, still doesn't work lol. I actually tried this in the beginning.

When I switch the VPN on, it just straight up says:
"You are banned"

But Telkom Mobile was in the data business making it big in that arena for years and years then Rain came through with more reasonable rates. In this very short time span that Rain has been active they are already banned and Telkom is not? This sort of stumps me.
