4MB line @ 512KBps

Telkom have been @ my house 2 times to try and sort this out but none of the people could tell me if the exchange is only 512kbps

They did try to allocate a new dslam what ever that is, but it did not make a difference.

Could you please do a speedtest and link the picture of your result :)
 
There was a stage when most of the country's routers were syncing at 4096 and only getting 512k throughput. took telkom a few days but they got it fixed. my cables were stolen during that period, so I didnt bother too much about researching the problem, but there is a solution... try search the forums some more
