4mbps upgrade

Got the same problem...upgraded my cutomers lines to 4MB. Syncing at 4096 but still no speed increase from the original 512Kbps....what is going on here ?

Local or International. Most international sites dont display an increase in speed. My personal experience? My local speed increased 8 fold. Certain international sites increased by maybe 5%. Speedtest sucks in my opinion for testing speed. Ibursts speedtest gives a decent reflection.
