5 man heroics in Cataclysm

Ive been having fun in icc practising stunning (with the pathetic 10sec cd on it, the 1 lousy stun that I have) and am almost always up there. tis quite simple, and fun watching cast bars go poof :D
 
So; does this mean the end to welfare epics? Here's hoping, but not expecting...
 
Not even close to the end of welfare epics, but there seems to be a bigger gap between entry level epics and top range epics.
