You must be in a good area if your phone can pull those speeds. Would probably be faster with a modem.

I've touched 4MB before. I'm in sunninghill. Using a Huawei p7. My Xiaomi Note 4x does better but I don't like swapping Sims all the time. Plus I schedule pc to wake at midnight. Not awake then to swap Sims.

While my ADSL connection was offline the past week, I had to resort to LTE. Bought myself a 20+20GB bundle (R349) to tide me over. Do these bundles also expire after 30 days like the R50 for 500GB or can I be rest assured that it will remain there after 30 days has transpired?

Hopefully that changes soon. So annoyed, bought a small bundle last month to top up and now it's sitting there going to expire. Only way to use it would be to use all this months data first and then that data but then I would again be short.

If you buy the 20GB for all networks for R899 you have 6 months to use it.

Very nice speeds there. Disappointed by your seeding but download speeds are really good.

Haha I'm not that bad. It's NOT limited on the seeding. Me thinks there's seeders to Leachers ratio is good enough that it figures I don't need to seed.

Yes indeed. Telkom LTE is usually good but very area dependant obviously where adsl shouuld stay consistant for the most part. If you are looking at capped. A 100gb bundle with a R50 night bundle add on and you get average of 50Mbps is not a bad deal actually and you can see why this R50 is so popular.
Great value for money.
That said however LTE gets more expensive the more data you need and then adsl makes more sense.
I still have my uncapped LTE sim gor R525. Now that is real value for money.

On my current bundle of 500GB, I've got roughly 170GB left. Been doing my downloads and uploads during the NightSurfer hours. Long may this deal continue!! #SoSayWeAll (if you ever watched the remake of BSG, you'll understand the #).

Ever since this deal started the highest I have used is 100GB. I would like to know what kind of downloads, you guys do I normally update my two cellphone and laptop. Then download movies if I'm bored watch videos on YouTube.

The movies I download are anything from 700mb to 2GB rips (low bitrate 720p, I just don't have the HDD space). I rarely download anything below a 6.5/10 iMDB rating and mostly like thrillers/action so I barely scratch 30GB per month on movies.
Games though... a AAA title can set you back anything from 15GB to 50GB+. Then theres the updates for the games almost weekly which are gigs and gigs as well. 500GB of cap + a 50Mbit speed on Steam also allows me to try out a lot of free to play games. Doing this can easily use 70gb in just 7 hours.

Kinda strange how this is the one night my downloads were flying!

Never happen. 6pm-12am is the busiest 6 hours on any data network. Fact
500GB deal is throttled.. sometimes..

from what sites do you download, the few months i also got it i only used it for updating xbox games and downloading one or 2, Now i have ea access and the deal is kinda done and i need it more for the games
