I think if you're on an LTE contract you have to call them, if not then Sam's code should work.
No its for a prepaid SIM. I will try Sam's code.

Once you're there, you can't go back to Telkom More though :erm:
I bought a 2nd SIM for this 500GB- topup on primary (&get the more bonus) then transfer the R50 to 2nd SIM and off you go. No danger of OOB there

How many GB do people manage to use per night?
I seem to average around 25-30GB.
Mostly torrents, App and OS updates etc.
I have a fat OneDrive synch to try which may max it out

My best was 73GB, and only because I did not schedule more.

That is a very good option. Load the R50 on your main or Telkom more simcard. Get R50 free for 7 days. Transfer the R50 with airtime transfer to the second sim to make use of the R50 for 500GB bundle.

I have done 92 and 95GB..
sitting with 111GB left with 10 more nights to go.. more 4K vids to download

So if you don't use private torrents and want to at least max your line that could be an option. My 100Mbps fibre I get about 12.2mb/s download

Well I loaded like 7 4k movies last night from rarbg. Total of 390GB and it was instantly available to download because it's already cached on their torrent server.
Started direct download at about 10pm on my 100Mbps fibre line and was finished 6:30am. I really doubt they would have been that fast if I had just added them to my torrent client.
I just suggested a way to max you 500gb because all the download links are http download links so would work well with people on the 500gb bundle. The alldebrid service and others like it also allow direct download for file hosters so you get torrents and filehosters for R65 which is not bad imo.
Alldebrid also works well with kodi for streaming.
390GB in 8.5 hours.. Jeez that is fast. If only they hurry up and install fibre in my area..
At my download rate of 5MB/s on telkom LTE, i can do roughly max 105GB in the night surfer time frame..
Yeah not bad. Hoping to get my upgrade to 200Mbps soon though.
With fibre private torrent sites are nice because you don't need a seedbox you can seed everything back in no time. I just use alldebrid for the filehosters and large poorly seeded public torrents.

Performance has definitely degraded since they first launched this deal. pings in excess of 400ms and 1 - 2 mbps download speeds.
