500 GB

Decided to read up a bit as lately my speeds haven't been that great, relative to what they used to be. i'm getting 1MB/s on average on torrents, whereas i used to average at 3MB/s and peak at 4MB/s.
Turns out the phone i use as a hotspot doesn't support 2300mhz. and my daily phone does, though i'm trying to figure out how to force it to stay on 2300mhz, since my last speed test showed the 2 phones averaging the same.
I'm in Sunninghill.
I have also swapped between my zte router and my note tablet as hotspot. Same bs on both. Perhaps tonight I'll try using my S6 as hotspot
 
Same problem from 00:00 until around 05:45 around about, that time unless speed the from 06:00 until 07:00 then that is when my modem pick up speed.
 
Okay so i used my Xiaomi note 4, instead as a wifi hotspot i used usb tethering and got my average 3-4MB down speeds this morning. Seems i need a decent router else i have to wake up every night at midnight to tether it. (pc set to wake at midnight using rtc)

I asked them through the chat option on the site. You can also do it via the portal.

Login -> Mobile -> Manage Subscriptions -> Purchase Re-curing Bundle -> LTE/LTA Recurring -> 500Gb Night Surfer.

It then auto-renews same time as your normal monthly allocation. Of course if you run out ( hasn't happened to me ) , just buy a once off.
 
Am in a tight budget but I'm thinking of getting 4g modem, been using 3g modem hence the slow speed.

Because it isn't an uncapped product anymore. It's called uncapped, but it has a 300GB all usage softcap, then throttling. Also only allows 50GB of torrents.

When you download all series and movies in 720 or 1080, 50GB is not enough in a month so that is where the 500GB comes in
 
You have to be on the smartbroadband wireless product suite to have access. Possibly you're not? Oh and you need to select LTE/LTA recurring, not the normal bundle.

*Edit* looking at your screenshot, you don't have the LTE options. I suspect your package is not compatible.
