OK, I'm only seeing these articles this far:

Both of those specify "The offer is not automatically available to all customers, however." and "“The customised offers range from airtime offers to minutes or data bundles and surprise gifts. Customers who tend to use data during the night may periodically be offered customised Night Surfer bundles on *123#,” said Telkom"

Perhaps it's another article i'm not seeing - it's a 50 page thread :D

No, those are the only two articles and I'd say they are actually based on the feedback in this thread.
 
Whatever they are planning ain't working the way it's supposed to / we the paying customers would like. My sim has night time data and mostly has night time usage. Now if they say the people who have night usage will see the 450GB offer how come I ain't seeing it? I say it's either broken or we were duped

I bought a 500GB last month on the 16th. Now my regular contract night surfer bundle is being used up first while the 400odd gig left expires in two days. Sigh

I bought a second b315 router brand new for R249 yesterday women didn't know the value.
 
I just changed my tariff to SMART BROADBAND PREPAID. How long can it take to get R50 500GB ?

my telkom sim was bought ONLY for the 500gb deal, ALL airtime loaded into it has been used for 500gb purchases, it sits in a mifi device and gets used ONLY for that.

I still don't the option on Mo nice deals.

To me it just seems they monitored the 500gb deal, those that purchase regularly don't get the deal forcing them to use the lesser night surfer bundles ie 5gb..... Ending up using a few of those thereby making more than the R50 for hellkom. The rest that didn't use the 500gb has the option to purchase the 450gb once purchased a few times it will disappear for them 2.

Moves tin foil hat a bit to the left for better reception.
 
So my friend could see the 450GB deal after his 500GB expired.

Does one probably need to wait for any current deals to expire first before they can see the other offerings?

Had this thought at some point, duped basically. Must be obvious to them who needs this data but they not offering it to us. Why??

I activated 2 R50 bundles so won't know until June
