They are,the distinction comes with what frequencies and how it aggregates ( differs by sub models )
Thats why the RAIN 618 that is LTE-A capable,doesn't work for Telkom LTE-A (nor RAIN technically) as an example
Cavedog's done some expansive tests and explanations on the hows and the whys

Why mess up a good thing.
I used to buy that package every month, used maybe 100Gb of it, but it was really good value. Why mess that up or are they just acting like heroin dealers and giving you samples to get you hooked so when they send the price into orbit you have no choice?

I have received no other offers for anything. Wheres this mo nice or no nice BS?
 
I put my my broadband lte sim in a spare phone and through the ussd I can get 25gb for R400+ :sick:
 
not me, that's for sure, no sugar for me after 2 years on LTE.

Hellkom better make it easily available to us all who need it, it's either I spend the R59 for the 450GB or nothing. Not gonna settle for the rest of the Bull s hit
 
Messaged them a couple times on their Twitter. Both dm and on their feed and got jack answer so far. I don't see how tailor making offers was a good idea when it's such an obviously dumb idea
