Well, with the 512kbs upgrades to 1Mbs what happens for us guys on 384kbs connection, or are we sucking the hind tit as usual ... ?

and hell will freeze over ...Maybe, just maybe, when the 512 to 1024 upgrades are completed, they may up all the 384's to 512.
With the new 1024's still at 512 pricing (or lower) and the new 512's still at 384 pricing (or lower).
That'll be a good (but not great) start.

fixed...Can't somebody please just sticky at thread saying "384k users are not getting speed upgrades until 2019". Maybe then there won't be a new thread everyday asking the same question.
