5G connection stability

Hi @rain_mobile is there a stability issue between your network and the Huawei H112-372 router that you send out?

I ask because I frequently see that the router has lost connection, and I have to manually reboot it, after which it reconnects. This is something I do almost on a daily basis.

Thanks for the call @rain_mobile. I understand and will sit tight until the issue is resolved. Hopefully we can address my original disconnection query thereafter - I can enable TR069, send router logs, etc.

5G is down again @rain_mobile @rain_networks

It dropped at about 07:50. I collected router logs and screenshots.

I then soft rebooted the router and it reconnected for 5 min and went down again. Soft reboot made no difference this time, so I did a power off/on. No dice - router reports no service.

What's going on? I have to drive to the office now so I can work, I can send the logs etc later when I have some form of internet.
